About the role
This position is for an experienced People & Culture partner who will own key HR processes and work closely with business leaders and global stakeholders. The role focuses on supporting the entire employee journey, rolling out people initiatives, maintaining compliance with local employment requirements, and helping create a strong, consistent employee experience.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee employee lifecycle activities such as joining, exit management, career growth, learning, internal transfers, and compliance with internal rules and policies.
- Work alongside recruitment, compensation, and benefits teams to keep HR operations running smoothly and services delivered effectively.
- Support the local rollout of rewards programs, assess their effectiveness, and advise local leadership on compensation matters.
- Implement people policies, programs, and initiatives while keeping them aligned with global direction.
- Manage employee relations issues and performance-related matters together with line managers.
- Support HR reporting and people analytics, turning data into insights that can drive improvement.
- Keep up to date with Saudi labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and suggesting changes where needed.
- Partner with Centers of Excellence, global business partners, and local specialists to execute initiatives successfully.
- Handle government and compliance portals and processes such as Qiwa, Muddad, GOSI, and MOFA.
- Approve monthly payroll and step in as backup for payroll processing when required.
Candidate profile
- You should bring at least 8 years of experience in Human Resources, including experience as an HR Business Partner in a global, matrixed environment, ideally in the IT sector.
- A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related discipline is required.
- You need a strong grasp of HR processes, regional labor regulations, and employee relations.
- The role suits someone who is proactive, commercially aware, and able to deliver results.
- You should feel comfortable handling complex situations with confidence and sound judgment.
- Good spoken and written English and Arabic are preferred.
- You must be willing to travel occasionally within Saudi Arabia.
