Role overview
HOYER is looking for an IT support professional to strengthen its central IT team in Hamburg. The role focuses on day-to-day user support, onboarding and device administration, troubleshooting, and helping shape reliable IT services across the company group. The position starts as soon as possible and is offered as a permanent full-time job.

Key responsibilities
- Evaluate new IT environments through hands-on testing and share practical feedback.
- Set up and deploy workstations at HOYER locations.
- Investigate technical issues in a structured way and work toward effective solutions.
- Help improve and implement IT standards and services.
- Create clear documentation, instructions, and FAQs for colleagues and end users.
- Roll out, support, and manage laptops, smartphones, and tablets.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding tasks, including user accounts and IT assets.
- Process service requests, incidents, and support tickets in the ticketing system.
- Provide remote or phone-based support to end users in a professional manner.
What you should bring
- A completed IT training program or relevant professional experience in IT support.
- Strong German language skills in both speaking and writing.
- An independent, well-organized, and solution-focused working style.
- A cooperative mindset and enjoyment of teamwork.
- Experience in first-level support, helpdesk, or service desk environments.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
- Clear, friendly, and confident communication with users and colleagues.
- Reliability, structure, and the ability to manage tasks on time.
