Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver frontline support for PC and server troubleshooting, addressing IT challenges faced by end users.
• Adjust and customize configurations, utilities, and default software settings to enhance system functionality.
• Manage and provide support for Windows Server administration.
• Perform database backup processes and undertake optimization tasks.
• Conduct routine system health evaluations and capacity assessments to maintain optimal server and network performance.
• Handle troubleshooting for all in-house guest IT-related concerns.
• Install, test, and configure new computers, peripheral devices, and software applications. Assist with IT system setup and user access provisioning during employee onboarding.
