Job description
About the Company
Amagno is focused on replacing paper-based work and slow internal processes in medium-sized businesses. As one of Germany’s established ECM/DMS platform providers, it supports companies in fully digitizing document handling and business workflows. More than 30,000 users work with the platform every day. Demand for digitization is rising quickly, and the company is expanding alongside that growth.
The goal is not just to provide software, but to create real operational change inside customer organizations. The team is looking for people who take initiative, think along with customers, and help turn plans into practical results.
Role Overview
In this position, you take over from Sales once a deal is closed and make sure the customer transition leads to a successful implementation. You guide projects from process review through deployment and go-live, run trainings, stay actively engaged with customers, and take responsibility for your own revenue target. This is not a standard customer success role; it blends project coordination, consulting, and training in a customer-facing, hands-on job that changes from day to day.
Key Responsibilities
- After contract signing, you take over new clients from Sales via weclapp and begin with a project kickoff to align on what was sold, what the customer expects, and how implementation should proceed.
- You review the customer’s current processes, such as accounting, contract handling, and incoming mail, document them, and translate them into Amagno, either independently or with guidance.
- You manage project coordination, including timelines, interfaces with partners such as DATEV and Lexware, and alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
- You deliver Amagno Basic and Advanced trainings remotely in a structured format using a training environment, rotating within the team.
- You actively support about 10 customers per person, run proactive health checks, host AI-feature workshops for Automate and Autopilot, and occasionally create opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.
- You invoice for the services you have delivered and keep a close eye on your monthly revenue performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the ECM/DMS environment, with hands-on knowledge of the usual requirements, workflows, and challenges in these systems.
- You prefer taking action before over-analyzing, and you are comfortable learning from mistakes and moving forward.
- You bring empathy and customer orientation, working with managing directors, IT leads, and administrative teams, sometimes all within one project.
- You work independently and are willing to carry responsibility for your own projects.
- You think entrepreneurially and understand that your billable time is directly connected to company success, which you want to help shape.
- Preferred experience includes training or workshop facilitation, use of project management tools such as Miro, Google Docs, or weclapp, knowledge of DATEV or Lexware integrations, and familiarity with KPI tracking such as billable hours, churn, or CSAT.
Benefits
- Fixed annual salary of EUR 45,000 to EUR 63,000, depending on experience.
- 100% remote contract with no commuting requirement and no hybrid expectation; for those who prefer office work, a new office is planned in Oldenburg Harbour.
- Flexible working hours, company pension provision, modern hardware, and other standard benefits.
- A team that supports each other and a product that solves real problems while also being an AI pioneer.
- Monday is reserved for learning and internal alignment, ensuring structured development time, while the rest of the week is dedicated to customers.
Additional Information
The role is based in Germany and is intended for remote work from within the country.
