Role Overview

Join the Infosys consulting team as an IT Consultant specializing in CRM Clarify technology. Your key responsibility will be to deeply analyze customer challenges, identify problem areas, devise innovative and practical solutions, and support successful implementations that ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of proposal development by contributing expert insights into solution designs and parts of the proposal document.
• Plan and execute configuration activities aligning with design requirements; carry out conference room pilots and address queries related to requirements and solution specifics.
• Deliver solution and product demonstrations, conduct proof of technology workshops, and prepare effort estimates tailored to customer budgets and organizational financial policies.
• Lead small projects actively and support both team and organizational initiatives focused on delivering high-value solutions to clients.
• Develop strategic business models that help clients innovate, grow, and enhance profitability.

Skills and Expertise

• Proficient understanding of software configuration management systems.
• Up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Strong logical reasoning, problem-solving capabilities, and effective collaboration skills.
