Role overview
This internship sits within DTCP’s Digital Infrastructure investment team in London. DTCP is an independent investment management firm with more than 2.5 billion euros in assets under management and a team of over 50 professionals. The firm focuses on digital transformation through two investment platforms: DTCP Growth, which backs leading software businesses through Growth Equity III, and DTCP Infra, which targets European digital infrastructure through Digital Infrastructure Vehicle II (DIV II). The Infra strategy is aiming to deploy more than €1 billion into assets across Europe, with a focus on mobile access towers, fiber networks, and data centers.
The intern will support sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities, while also helping with the management of existing portfolio companies. The position is based in London and is intended for motivated candidates who want hands-on exposure to investment work in digital infrastructure.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will contribute to the investment team’s day-to-day work and support the execution of the firm’s strategy in digital infrastructure.
- Review and summarize potential investment opportunities.
- Conduct market research and analysis.
- Build financial models and carry out additional data analysis in Excel.
- Prepare presentation and information materials for both internal and external use.
Candidate profile
Applicants should have completed at least the fourth semester of their academic studies and should have achieved strong academic results. A genuine interest in digital transformation, business model analysis, and financial statement review is important. Prior exposure to private equity, investment banking, consulting, and/or transaction services is expected.
