Role Overview

Seeking seasoned investment banking specialists to critically assess the performance of AI systems in executing authentic banking tasks and to establish high standards for excellence. The position involves crafting detailed, task-oriented grading frameworks and evaluating completed work samples with thorough, well-supported written explanations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop specific grading metrics tailored to real-world banking outputs, including financial models, valuation analyses, pitch decks, confidential information memorandums (CIMs), deal memoranda, and materials prepared for boards and committees.
• Evaluate AI-generated and human-prepared work samples by applying these criteria and provide comprehensive, reasoned justifications for each assigned score.
• Maintain consistent and evidence-based scoring methods to ensure results are reliable and defensible.
• Incorporate detailed feedback from senior reviewers to refine evaluations promptly and effectively.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of two years’ experience as an investment banking professional at the associate level or above.
• Professional background at prestigious global investment banks or top-tier advisory boutiques, with experience in mergers and acquisitions, sector coverage, or capital markets.
• Comprehensive expertise in daily investment banking practices, including complex three-statement and transaction modeling (DCF, LBO, comparable company analysis, merger math), robust valuation acumen, deal process documentation, and adherence to stringent quality and formatting standards.
• Exceptional written communication skills with the capability to clearly articulate reasons why a piece of work meets or fails professional benchmarks.
• Highly detail-conscious, consistent in judgment, and comfortable with peer review and calibration processes.
• Experience in AI training, evaluation or involvement in human-data projects is considered a significant advantage.
