About the Role
A prominent Private Equity firm is seeking to recruit an Investment Associate to become an integral part of their distinguished team. The ideal candidate will possess an excellent academic record and 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in investment or transaction-focused roles.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Senior Directors, providing comprehensive support throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships across a diverse range of industries.
- Identify potential investment opportunities and develop compelling pitch book materials.
- Engage in networking activities and establish valuable industry connections.
Requirements
- CFA qualification or active pursuit of the qualification is required.
- Essential experience in Transaction Services or Corporate Finance.
- Proven ability to construct sophisticated financial models.
- Demonstrated strong numerical aptitude coupled with a keen commercial acumen.
