About the Role
Join the Mitre 10 Mega Mt. Wellington team as an Inventory Team Member and contribute to the ongoing success of a brand deeply ingrained in New Zealand's DIY culture since 1974. Reporting directly to the Inventory Manager, this role is crucial for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our inventory systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the accuracy of both physical and digital inventory records.
- Contribute to the creation and refinement of processes that enhance inventory management efficiency.
- Oversee and manage the GAP management process.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies found in stock levels.
- Support the execution of stocktakes and related procedures.
- Maintain the accuracy and completeness of the Stock Master File.
- Handle customer returns and repair claims effectively.
