Inventory Manager

Overview

The Inventory Manager at Nuvo Mart will oversee stock levels, guarantee precise inventory control, aid in packing duties, and enhance storage and dispatch procedures.

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain exact counts of all product stock.
• Track product expiry dates and implement First In First Out (FIFO) methods.
• Manage reorder thresholds effectively.
• Coordinate with vendors for material transportation arrivals.
• Supervise receipt, storage, selection, packing, and dispatch of goods.
• Maintain cold chain and temperature control for perishables.
• Optimize storage space, ensuring correct segregation and labeling of items.
• Utilize Zoho systems for live inventory tracking.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum three years in warehouse or inventory management; hospitality background preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory management tools or ERP software, such as Tally Solutions or Zoho Inventory.
• Good command over MS Excel and capabilities in reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the hospitality industry.
• Understanding of GST invoicing and basic logistics coordination.
