  • Collaborate across departments including Quality Assurance, Customer Service, IT, and Engineering to implement continuous improvement and new warehouse projects.
  • Serve as the main inventory liaison with the customer to ensure effective communication and quick resolution of issues, driving performance reviews and alignment with client expectations.
  • Manage inventory team staffing, training, and performance while fostering a culture prioritizing safety and accountability.
  • Lead ongoing process reviews and improvements, update documentation to meet audit standards, and prepare for internal and external quality and regulatory inspections.
  • Oversee inventory resource planning, cost control measures, and contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 3 to 5 years of practical experience in inventory control or warehouse management, preferably within Life Sciences & Healthcare logistics.
  • Sound understanding of warehouse automation, cold chain logistics, and experience with WMS systems, especially Infor WMS.
  • Experience in performance management, profit and loss oversight, and financial reporting.
