Job Overview
We are looking for an International Voice Process Executive who will make outbound calls to global prospects, generate leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team. This full-time role offers remote work with a preference for candidates based in Kolkata, West Bengal. Immediate joining is desired, and both freshers and experienced professionals can apply. The salary offers up to 15000 INR per month plus performance incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to international clients through outbound calls.
- Clearly and professionally explain the company's service offerings.
- Identify potential customer needs and create qualified leads.
- Arrange appointments and follow-up communications for the sales team.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups via calls, messages, or emails with interested prospects.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of leads and communication in the CRM system.
- Prepare daily reports related to calls, leads, and individual performance.
- Strive to meet monthly targets while ensuring communication quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient spoken and written English communication abilities.
- Confident engagement with international clientele.
- Strong aptitude for persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal interaction.
- A positive, goal-driven attitude.
- Basic knowledge of computers, email, and internet usage.
- Capability to work independently in a remote setup.
