Role Summary

The position is for an International Voice Process Agent specializing in Lead Generation, located in Andheri West, Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to Indian and global companies participating in international trade shows and exhibitions.
• Promote the company's exhibition design and booth construction solutions to prospective customers.
• Skillfully bypass gatekeepers to contact Marketing Managers or Exhibition Leads to present our design services.
• Maintain and update client contact lists and databases regularly.
• Follow up consistently with clients through calls and emails to convert prospects.
• Convert prospects into active leads by acquiring detailed exhibition stall briefs including design specifications, dimensions, and budget.
• Achieve revenue targets as defined by the organization.

Essential Skills

• Excellent verbal and written English communication with a neutral accent suitable for international clientele.
• Strong active listening skills to comprehend client requirements and concerns.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships fostering long-term business ties.
• Prior experience in events and exhibitions is advantageous.
• Accurate documentation of all client interactions and lead updates in CRM for smooth transition to sales and design teams.
