International Telesales Executive – Night Shift

About the Role

Quick Web Solutions is looking for motivated International Sales Representatives to join their night shift telesales team. This role focuses on generating leads and managing outbound sales to international clients.

Responsibilities

• Initiate cold calls to potential clients to generate new business leads.
• Evaluate and qualify prospective customers for sales opportunities.
• Maintain effective communication, active listening, and strong negotiation with prospects.
• Manage end-to-end outbound sales processes targeting international markets.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline.
• Fluent English speaking and communication abilities.
• Age between 18 and 28 years.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply; candidates with prior experience will be preferred.

Compensation and Incentives

• Salary range for freshers: ₹13,000 to ₹16,000 monthly.
• Salary range for experienced candidates: ₹18,000 to ₹23,000 monthly.
• Fixed salary structure complemented by performance-based incentives.
• Top performers receive additional rewards and gifts.

Work Schedule and Location

• Night shift timing from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Work 6 days a week with a fixed off on Tuesday.
• Onsite position located at Office No. B-11, Building No. H-140, H-Block, Sector 63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, near Noida Electronic City Metro Station.
