Role Summary
This position is a full-time remote opportunity for an International Recruiter. The role covers the complete hiring cycle for overseas positions across different sectors, from finding candidates to presenting shortlisted profiles to clients.
What You Will Do
You will handle sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for international openings. The role includes publishing job adverts, conducting phone or video interviews, coordinating assessments, and sharing qualified candidate profiles with client companies. You will also keep candidate pipelines and databases organized, work with applicant tracking systems, maintain timely communication with candidates and clients, assist with offer discussions, support candidates through visa or relocation steps when needed, and send regular progress updates and reports to management.
Required Background
The ideal candidate should be skilled in sourcing, screening, and interviewing for international recruitment assignments. You should be capable of managing the entire hiring process, including posting jobs, shortlisting candidates, and coordinating offers. Experience with recruitment platforms, social media channels, job portals, and ATS tools is important. Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, are required, while knowledge of another language is considered an added advantage. A solid understanding of global hiring practices, basic labor market trends, and international recruitment norms is expected. You should also bring strong organization, time management, attention to detail, and the ability to manage several vacancies and deadlines at once. Since this is a remote role, self-discipline, accountability, and comfort working independently are essential. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related subject is preferred, along with prior recruitment experience. The role also calls for the ability to build positive relationships with candidates, clients, and internal teams, plus a strong sense of confidentiality, integrity, and fair hiring practices.
