About the Role
We are recruiting candidates for a Customer Support Associate role involving an International Non-Voice process supporting one of the world’s largest e-commerce platforms. This position entails assisting customers primarily through chat interactions, requiring excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Both freshers and professionals with 1-3 years of experience are encouraged to apply. This is an immediate joining opportunity based in Chennai.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer queries via chat.
- Maintain clarity and professionalism while addressing customer concerns through written communication.
- Contribute to building great customer experiences through prompt and accurate support.
Candidate Profile and Eligibility
- Fluent in spoken and written English communication.
- Ready to work in rotational shifts with two weekly off days.
- Willing to work from the office located in Perungalathur, Chennai, and must reside within 30 KM radius for timely attendance.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to three years of related experience are welcome.
- Educational qualification: minimum of +2 / Diploma (3 years) or any graduate without academic backlogs.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
