About the Role

This position sits within the International Communications team and reports to the International Integrated Communications Lead. It is a hands-on coordination role focused on the daily management of international PR, influencer activity, and communications work across key markets. You will work closely with global and regional teams, agencies, distributors, and internal partners to keep campaigns moving smoothly.

The role suits someone who is highly organized, comfortable juggling several workstreams at once, and experienced in influencer relations, PR support, and communications operations in a fast-moving beauty, fashion, or lifestyle setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate international PR and influencer activity across EMEA markets to ensure day-to-day delivery runs smoothly.
  • Support the operational rollout of launches, campaigns, and integrated brand initiatives, including mailers and in-person event activity.
  • Maintain trackers, share timelines, and help manage workflows with internal teams and agency partners.
  • Handle launch logistics such as product orders, shipment monitoring, sample control, and distribution timelines for markets.
  • Assist with the ongoing management of PR, trade, and influencer agencies.
  • Make sure briefs, deadlines, and deliverables are clearly communicated and consistently tracked both internally and externally.
  • Help coordinate activity between global teams, local markets, distributors, and outside partners.
  • Maintain and update influencer and communications platforms such as Tribe, CreatorIQ, and ShopMY where applicable.
  • Support influencer approvals, content tracking, live-date coordination, and campaign execution with paid influencer agencies.
  • Monitor influencer output, campaign progress, and content delivery schedules.
  • Support reporting processes alongside agency partners.
  • Assist with budget tracking, vendor onboarding, and invoice handling for campaign and agency operations.
  • Help with competitive analysis, trend tracking, and market research to support communications planning.
  • Coordinate Sephora activations, PR events, influencer experiences, and retail partnership activity.
  • Support guest list management, gifting logistics, sample tracking, and event execution with agency support where needed.
  • Work across global, sales, education, digital, and marketing teams to help deliver integrated campaigns.

Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in PR, influencer marketing, communications, or brand partnerships, preferably in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle; haircare experience is a plus.
  • Strong project coordination and operational skills with the ability to handle several priorities at the same time.
  • Hands-on experience with influencer, affiliate, and communications tools such as Tribe, ShopMY, CreatorIQ, and PR reporting systems.
  • Good understanding of influencer marketing, PR, and the social media landscape.
  • Excellent organization and strong attention to detail, with reliable follow-through.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and keeping pace with deadlines.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Proactive, practical, and focused on finding solutions.
  • Digitally aware and culturally tuned in, with an understanding of pop culture, creators, social trends, and the influencer space.
  • Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
