About the Role

Join a welcoming and diverse team at Marina Bay Sands, where this role supports the day-to-day marketing activities for a shopping mall environment. The position involves coordinating campaigns, managing promotional platforms, and assisting with content and event-related marketing work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate mall advertising assets from start to finish with both internal teams and outside partners, including poster stands, lightboxes, visual merchandising units, and digital displays.
  • Oversee communication channels used by internal and external stakeholders so that information stays current and accurate, such as the website, wayfinding signage, and the hotel in-room TV system.
  • Assist in rolling out mall marketing campaigns for major occasions and seasons, including Chinese New Year, festive events, key fashion periods, and Christmas.
  • Contribute ideas for social media content and help with mobile shoots for Instagram Stories.
  • Support the creation, production, and timely distribution of marketing materials with internal teams, including destination maps and campaign-related collateral.
  • Help coordinate event, photo shoot, and media visit activities by providing operational, logistical, and marketing support.
  • Carry out market and competitor research to support marketing planning.

Requirements

  • You must be a full-time matriculated student.
  • No prior work experience is needed, as training will be provided.
  • You should be eager to learn and comfortable working in a fast-paced, engaging environment.
  • A friendly personality and a strong customer-service mindset are important.
  • A positive attitude, humility, and willingness to learn are expected.
