About the Role

Arc'teryx is seeking an Intern Brand Experience EMEA to join their team in Munich, Bavaria, Germany. This 6-month internship offers a unique opportunity to support the Brand Experience team in executing guest-facing brand initiatives across the EMEA region. You will report to the Brand Experience Lead - EMEA and play a key role in the planning and execution of owned and sponsored events, including Arc'teryx Academies and other brand engagement moments. The role is based in the Garching office near Munich, operating on a hybrid model (2 days in office, 2 days remote, 1 day manager's discretion). The internship is scheduled from August 2026 to February 2027, and candidates must be eligible to work in Germany.

About the Team

You will be part of the EMEA Marketing Team, a diverse group of professionals focused on developing and implementing regional and global consumer-facing strategies for European markets. You will collaborate closely with the Brand Experience team, as well as with members from Global, Community, Communication, and Sport Marketing teams.

Internship Responsibilities

  • Assist the Brand Experience team in the execution of owned and sponsored events, covering logistics, planning, and coordination.
  • Facilitate collaboration with relevant cross-functional partners to ensure brand integrity across all event deliverables.
  • Coordinate the creation of marketing assets required for events and brand experiences.
  • Provide support for product seeding and orders related to events.
  • Manage and coordinate remote event experiences.

  • Develop a deep understanding of working with various marketing departments, both operationally and strategically.
  • Learn the strategic underpinnings of marketing tactics.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal cross-functional teams, external production agencies, and vendors.
  • Acquire knowledge in structuring brand events for efficient planning and execution.
