About the role
G70 is a multidisciplinary practice focused on shaping thoughtful, community-centered places. The firm brings together design, planning, technology, and cultural insight to create forward-looking environments, and is seeking an intermediate interior designer to join the team in Honolulu.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate with project teams and clients to share design updates and project status.
- Work closely with architects, engineers, consultants, and other collaborators throughout the project process.
- Develop interior concepts, including color and material direction.
- Select and specify FF&E items and assemble FF&E packages.
- Prepare and review construction drawing sets and related project documentation.
- Stay current on products by attending meetings with manufacturer representatives.
What we’re looking for
- A bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 5 years of hands-on professional experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Revit, Lumion, Enscape, Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Bluebeam.
- Ability to handle several priorities at once, stay organized, and manage multiple deadlines and project teams.
- Comfort working collaboratively and openness to ideas from others.
- Experience creating interior concepts, FF&E packages, and construction sets.
- Clear verbal and visual communication skills.
- Self-driven attitude with a strong desire to perform well.
Compensation
The annual salary range for this position is $55,000 to $95,000.
