About the Role
Coco Republic is seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join the Richmond Showroom in a full-time, on-site position. This role covers the full design journey, from capturing the client brief through to presenting the final concept. You will also work closely with Design Consultants, taking ownership of interior design projects and contributing to a supportive, collaborative team environment.
What You Will Be Doing
- Deliver a high standard of customer service to every client.
- Gather project briefs and carry the design process through to final presentation.
- Prepare concept presentation documents.
- Produce detailed architectural documentation for interior design projects.
- Choose suitable materials and finishes.
- Develop project schedules.
- Take the lead on assigned projects and shape innovative, well-considered design concepts.
- Continually build your knowledge of interiors and furniture products.
- Check that all project scopes are accurate before presentations are made.
- Feed back on leads that may need to be reassigned.
Who We Are Looking For
- Experience in a similar interior design role or within an interior design studio.
- A formal qualification in interior design.
- Strong personal presentation standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Background working toward sales targets and KPIs.
- A self-driven, detail-focused approach and a strong commitment to quality.
- Genuine passion for interiors and for elevating homes through design.
- Availability for full-time work, including at least one weekend day.
