Job description
Role Summary
This full-time position located in the Greater Hamburg Area focuses on managing integration and strategic projects across Levy Europe. The role is charged with planning, leading, and ensuring the successful delivery of initiatives that align processes, systems, and teams, particularly after organizational changes, new business launches, or acquisitions.
Key Duties
- Define project scope, develop structures, and establish timelines with milestone tracking.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute initiatives efficiently.
- Manage stakeholder communications, produce project documentation, and generate status updates.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies, leading resolution efforts to maintain progress.
- Analyze performance data to recommend improvements and support senior leadership with insights and decision-making materials.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated project and program management competency, including handling complex, cross-functional projects.
- Background in business integration, organizational transformation, and process enhancement, preferably across multiple countries or sites.
- Strong analytical skills capable of interpreting data and constructing persuasive business cases.
- Exceptional communication abilities for stakeholder engagement, influencing, relationship building, and facilitation.
- Excellent organizational aptitude with multitasking ability under tight deadlines.
- Availability to work on-site in the Greater Hamburg Area, collaborating across departments including operations, finance, and HR.
- Degree in Business, Management, Economics, Engineering, or related fields; relevant experience may substitute formal education.
- Experience in hospitality, food service, or related operational sectors advantageous.
- Proficient with project management tools such as MS Office, project planning software, and collaborative platforms.
- Fluency in English required; German language skills considered beneficial.
