Role Summary
The Integrated Studio Artist will support centralized creative production for both print and digital channels. This is a detail-focused execution role responsible for brand execution, artwork adaptation, final file preparation, and quality checks so that all deliverables meet the standards of Prodigious, Publicis Groupe, and its clients.
Creative Production and Artwork
- Create polished graphic, final, and digital artwork for print and online assets across a range of client brands.
- Carry out desktop publishing work such as resizing, formatting, adapting, and laying out creative materials.
- Prepare production-ready artwork according to technical requirements, media specs, and agreed delivery deadlines.
Layout Development and Adaptation
- Assist in building conceptual layouts from creative direction and existing campaign concepts.
- Convert master artwork into multiple formats, versions, and market adaptations without losing the original creative intent.
- Coordinate with creative, account, and production teams to ensure a smooth transition from concept to final execution.
Brand Consistency and Guidelines
- Apply brand systems and visual guidelines correctly across every touchpoint.
- Maintain consistency and precision when working across regional and global brand applications.
- Support localisation and market-specific adaptation of brand assets whenever needed.
Quality Control and Central Implementation
- Take ownership of quality checks for layout, copy, imagery, colour, and technical accuracy.
- Help roll out assets centrally across platforms, markets, and stakeholders within Publicis Groupe.
- Complete final reviews before delivery to confirm compliance with brand, legal, and production requirements.
Collaboration and Workflow
- Work with internal production teams, agency partners, and external vendors such as printers and digital suppliers when needed.
- Handle several tasks at once while staying on top of tight deadlines in a fast-moving agency environment.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience in graphic design, desktop publishing, and final artwork delivery. Practical knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, is essential. Experience with Canva is useful, and familiarity with Figma is an added advantage.
A good understanding of print and digital production processes is important, along with experience working within brand guidelines and larger brand systems. The role also requires a sharp eye for detail and a consistent quality-first approach.
