About the Company
Silvur is reimagining how Americans make retirement-related decisions. The company works with financial institutions to provide account holders with practical tools and education, including personalized content, calculators, and access to healthcare and financial services, helping members navigate major choices in their 50s, 60s, and beyond. Its insurance-enabled technology platform supports people through important health and wealth decisions throughout retirement.
Silvur’s white-labeled online platform serves millions of credit union members and has been recognized among the Forbes Fintech 50 Most Innovative Companies. The company has also been featured in major publications and is supported by leading venture and strategic investors.
Role Overview
Silvur is seeking a Product Specialist to act as the go-to subject matter expert for its insurance platform across a growing portfolio of credit union partners. This person will be responsible for driving product adoption, partner enablement, and long-term account health.
The role covers a portfolio of 16+ active credit union partners, so success will depend on building repeatable processes, scalable training assets, and data-backed engagement strategies that can be applied across multiple accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main product authority for Silvur’s insurance platform across all active credit union partners.
- Create and run scalable training for credit union employees, branch teams, and executive stakeholders in partnership with local Silver Insurance agents.
- Develop reusable enablement content, playbooks, and support materials that can be efficiently rolled out across many partners.
- Manage ongoing relationships for 16+ credit union partners, serving as the first contact for product questions, escalations, and optimization requests.
- Lead quarterly business reviews and regular check-ins to identify adoption gaps, highlight successes, and align on next steps.
- Spot opportunities to increase product usage within existing accounts and take action to deepen engagement.
- Own partner onboarding from kickoff through launch with a structured, education-led implementation approach.
- Coordinate timelines, training sessions, and onboarding documentation across internal and external teams.
- Help shape an AI-first delivery approach and use tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to build automations that scale partner support and deliverables.
- Track referrals, engagement, and product usage across the portfolio and monitor key performance trends.
- Share insights with internal teams and turn partner feedback into concrete product and process improvements.
- Work closely with operations, product, and marketing teams to improve member outcomes and contribute to the product roadmap.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in partner success, client onboarding, account management, or product specialist roles, preferably with a portfolio of 10 or more accounts.
- Prior startup experience is required.
- Comfort operating in a highly ambiguous, early-stage environment where processes may need to be built from the ground up.
- Background in insurance, financial services, or B2B2C platform partnerships is preferred.
- Experience gathering, interpreting, and using data to drive decisions.
- Strong familiarity with a modern, AI-first, lightweight tool stack, including Claude, Google Workspace, HubSpot, Asana, and Canva.
- Excellent skills in relationship management, communication, and project coordination.
- Ability to lead cross-functional work with both internal colleagues and external partners.
Benefits
This position is with Silvur Technology Services. The total compensation package includes salary, equity/options, health coverage (medical, dental, and vision), paid time off and holidays, and a 401(k) with employer contribution. You may also select the technology you need to perform well in the role. The team offers a flexible, impact-focused environment within a high-growth company working to reshape retirement healthcare.
Compensation
Base pay is $90,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience. This role is also eligible for an incentive of up to $40,000, based on results.
Equal Opportunity
Silvur Technology Services is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to building a team that reflects the communities it serves while fostering an inclusive workplace where people feel valued and supported.
Additional Information
This role requires someone who can thrive in a 0-to-1 environment, where there are many unknowns and the right candidate will be comfortable creating structure, solving problems independently, and not relying on executives for every answer.
