Role Overview
We are seeking an Insurance Process Administrator to join our Insurance Team and contribute to our growth plans. This role plays a vital part in supporting the insurance sales teams by managing key processes that guarantee a smooth and dependable experience for our clients.
Key Duties
- Prepare and dispatch insurance policy documents to customers within agreed timelines.
- Track and report the accuracy of policy documentation regularly.
- Handle insurance policy cancellations and process customer refunds efficiently.
- Oversee the management of team inboxes by assigning and completing email inquiries.
- Generate and distribute daily case reports and allocate cases appropriately.
- Work consistently toward meeting progressive performance targets.
Candidate Profile
- Proactive with the ability to work well within a supportive and high-performing team environment.
- Confident in liaising with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Ability to meet KPIs in a fast-paced setting.
- Maintain strict ethical standards reflecting the regulatory requirements of the insurance sector.
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Positive, enthusiastic approach with a can-do attitude.
