Job Opportunity: Receptionist cum Insurance Coordinator

Care7 Medical Center LLC, located in Ajman, UAE, is seeking a committed and skilled individual to fill the role of Receptionist cum Insurance Coordinator. This role involves managing front desk activities alongside insurance-related responsibilities within a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle reception duties efficiently, including greeting patients and managing appointments.
  • Coordinate insurance processes such as obtaining approvals, processing claims, medical coding, and billing functions.

Candidate Requirements

  • Possession of a valid personal or spouse visa.
  • Current residence in Ajman.
  • Prior work experience in a medical center or clinic is preferred.
  • Thorough understanding of insurance approval workflows, claims management, medical coding, and billing procedures.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills paired with excellent organizational abilities.

Compensation

Monthly salary ranges from AED 2,500 to AED 3,500, commensurate with experience.
