Role Overview
This is a remote contract opportunity for a training, onboarding, and learning & development evaluator. The work focuses on reviewing AI-created learning and business materials and assessing them against specialized quality standards.
What You’ll Do
- Review AI-generated deliverables using domain-specific rubrics to check for correctness, depth, and overall quality.
- Spot mistakes in content, visuals, formatting, and presentation across documents, spreadsheets, and slide presentations.
- Write precise, organized feedback that helps improve the standard of future outputs.
- Use strong subject-matter knowledge to judge the work accurately and consistently.
Requirements
- Relevant background in training, onboarding, or learning and development.
- English fluency at a native or professional level.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with particular comfort using Google Slides and PowerPoint.
- Preference for candidates with a master’s degree or above from a well-regarded institution.
Contract Details
This is a remote contract role with an expected commitment of 10 to 40 hours per week. Compensation is set at $80 to $120 per hour.
