About the Role
CARMA is seeking an experienced Insights Manager to lead the comprehensive setup, management, and delivery of insight products for a key client. This role involves ensuring the quality, clarity, and strategic value of all client deliverables, serving as the primary liaison between the client and internal CARMA teams. The position reports to both the Key Account Director and the Insights Consultant MENA, and is based on-site at the client's location in Dammam, KSA, fostering close collaboration and strong client relationships.
This opportunity is perfect for individuals with a deep interest in media insights, who excel at transforming data into meaningful information, identifying trends, and empowering clients to make better-informed decisions. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in delivering media insights across various sectors, with the capability to independently produce detailed analysis reports that lead to tangible outcomes. Familiarity with industry frameworks like AMEC is advantageous. While formal qualifications are beneficial, a strong sense of curiosity and a dedication to continuous learning are paramount.
Insights Managers are expected to effectively manage the expectations of both internal and external senior stakeholders, cultivate robust client partnerships, mentor and guide secondees stationed at the client's site, and contribute to innovation, particularly in the integration of AI tools to enhance insight generation and operational efficiency.
What You’ll Do
- Spearhead and manage ad-hoc insight reporting for our Tier 01 client, providing on-site support for their evolving requirements.
- Independently develop comprehensive analysis reports from inception to completion, delivering actionable insights to senior stakeholders and presenting findings effectively.
- Offer strategic guidance during significant events, crisis situations, and other high-impact scenarios.
- Supervise and direct the on-site secondee team to ensure uninterrupted client support and alignment with project objectives.
- Implement and maintain a thorough and scalable measurement program that aligns with the client's strategic goals.
- Cultivate and nurture strong, enduring relationships with the client.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance the generation of insights and streamline reporting procedures.
- Assist in proposal creation, client onboarding processes, and initiatives aimed at account expansion.

- Proficiency in report writing, data analysis, client communication, and project management.
- Familiarity with AMEC frameworks (formal certification is a plus but not mandatory).
