About the Role
IDR, Inc. is hiring an Insights Analyst for a leading client located in Los Angeles, CA. This position involves providing vital insights and reporting support to publishing and marketing teams. The role centers on developing dashboards, managing data pipelines, and analyzing marketing performance to drive informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver ongoing performance reports, ad hoc analyses, and strategic insights to publishing and marketing stakeholders.
- Create, enhance, and maintain dashboards and self-service analytics for tracking essential business and campaign metrics.
- Construct and manage data tables and pipelines, ensuring integration and validation of third-party data sources.
- Conduct analyses on trends and effectiveness across paid media, user acquisition, and product marketing campaigns.
- Enhance documentation and sustainability of analytics workflows and reporting processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years analyzing extensive datasets and delivering actionable business insights.
- Strong command of SQL or Python for data manipulation, analysis, and pipeline construction.
- Expertise in Tableau or similar visualization tools for developing impactful dashboards and reports.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to fulfill reporting needs and analytics deliverables.
