About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Compile sales proposals including orders, tenders, and quotations tailored to project complexity and size.
- Analyze sales and CRM data to extract insights that facilitate informed sales decisions.
- Create and organize sales presentation materials to support data-driven and revenue-focused strategies.
- Conduct stock level assessments and evaluate inventory risks effectively.
- Generate and maintain accurate reports within the CRM system ensuring data quality.
- Record customer interactions and ensure follow-up actions with clients and end users are completed.
- Manage coordination of product demo shipments.
Candidate Profile and Qualifications
- Holds a diploma, technical audio certification, or relevant college education with at least 3 years of customer service experience in technical, audio, or manufacturing sectors.
- Proficient computer skills with expertise in Excel and data manipulation, alongside hands-on experience with CRM platforms.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and produce actionable insights for sales strategies.
- Basic to solid technical understanding of audio-related products and solutions, with capacity to prepare technical quotes and recognize necessary accessories.
