About the Role
Join Aarvee Enterprises as an Inside Sales Executive dedicated to supporting our corporate gifting team. This position requires a proactive and well-organized individual to manage various facets of customer and sales coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through calls and follow-up communications to ensure smooth order processing.
- Develop quotations, catalogs, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate seamlessly with Sales, Design, Procurement, and Dispatch departments to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Handle email exchanges while accurately maintaining comprehensive customer records.
Candidate Requirements
- A bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- Experience ranging from 1 to 3 years in customer service or sales coordination is preferred; however, fresh graduates with outstanding communication skills are also welcome to apply.
- Strong proficiency with MS Office and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Additional Information
Salary offered ranges between 18,000 and 20,000 INR monthly.
