Inside Sales Associate / Senior Associate

Role Overview

Delhivery is looking for an Inside Sales Associate or Senior Associate to support business expansion in North Goa by growing the SME customer segment. The role focuses on handling inbound interest, reaching out to prospects, managing accounts, and offering logistics solutions that fit client needs. This position contributes directly to sales performance and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect for new SME customers through inbound enquiries, outbound calling, and account-led selling approaches.
• Understand client logistics requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Work toward monthly and quarterly sales goals by researching accounts and acting on sales opportunities quickly.
• Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and keep records updated for reliable forecasting.
• Support new customers through the first 2 months after activation and help resolve initial issues.
• Coordinate closely with support, operations, and customer success teams to ensure a smooth post-sale experience.
• Build long-term customer relationships and look for upselling and cross-selling opportunities across Delhivery’s services.
• Communicate clearly in both verbal and written formats, adjusting style to suit the audience.
• Make outbound calls confidently, handle objections, and close sales over the phone.
• Conduct online product demonstrations and webinars to educate clients on the platform and process.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Strong inside sales experience is preferred, especially in logistics, e-commerce, or new-age internet businesses. Candidates should be comfortable with high call volumes, consultative selling, digital selling channels, and online demos. Familiarity with CRM tools and common office/productivity platforms such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is important. The role also calls for strong organisation, prioritisation, teamwork, accountability, and a goal-driven mindset.
