Role Summary

The Inside Sales Assistant supports the Dental Division through a mix of customer service, sales coordination, administrative support, and CRM/data management. The role is designed to help strengthen sales performance, improve operational efficiency, and keep customer interactions and internal processes running smoothly. It requires strong organization, careful attention to detail, and the ability to manage several priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will coordinate meetings, assist with customer engagement, and support the sales process by identifying opportunities, prospecting potential customers, managing follow-ups, and helping connect customers with the sales team. You will also handle inquiries from dentists and dealers by phone and email, ensuring that product and service information is accurate and timely.

The position includes maintaining clean and current customer records, tracking activity in Salesforce and other CRM tools, and entering or organizing data in spreadsheets and standardized formats. You will help monitor sales pipeline information and reporting needs as well.

Additional duties include processing sample requests, arranging product shipments, and coordinating logistics for trade shows, technical events, and customer meetings. You may also assist with presentations, reports, product materials, campaign execution, correspondence, and routine documentation.

Event and meeting support is another part of the job, including scheduling appointments, organizing logistics, arranging travel, and helping with planning for conferences and business events. On the operational side, you will support documentation, purchasing, expense tracking, reporting, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Ongoing training and development will also be part of the role to strengthen product knowledge and sales support capability.

Requirements

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1 to 2 years of administrative experience. Experience in the dental industry is preferred but not mandatory. The role requires the ability to travel about 10% of the time for trade shows and other events, along with a valid driver's license.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective time management are essential. Applicants should be comfortable handling multiple tasks and priorities at once, and should have strong written, verbal, and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required, along with experience using CRM systems; Salesforce experience is preferred. A suitable home office setup for storing and shipping samples is also required.

Eligibility

Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States. Third-party candidates are not being considered.
