Initial Medical Service Driver

Overview

This role entails being a Relief Service Driver operating across Ireland. The position is full-time and permanent with a 39-hour workweek. The annual salary for this role is €29,700, paid monthly.

Key Responsibilities

• Traveling to multiple client sites to manage the collection and disposal of hazardous waste including sharp bins, poisons, dental waste, and other hazardous materials.
• Maintaining vehicle safety at all times and adhering to Rentokil Initial's Drive Smart safety protocols while driving.
• Delivering excellent customer service and presenting a professional image at all times in customer interactions.

Requirements

• Possession of a full Irish driving license held for over two years, with no more than six penalty points.
• Capability to engage in physical manual tasks such as loading and unloading bins and units.
• An ADR certificate is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills alongside excellent customer service aptitude.
• Flexibility in working hours to accommodate business needs.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate a positive, proactive approach.
• Potential requirement to undergo a DBS check depending on the assigned role.
