Influencer Talent Manager

About the Role

This is a fully remote position with flexible scheduling, allowing you to work from any location and set your own hours. The role is commission-based only, with no fixed base pay, so your earnings are directly tied to performance and there is no cap on income.

Grail Talent is an influencer management agency that represents a curated mix of content creators and connects them with digital marketing opportunities. The team works with brands and record labels to promote products and music on social platforms through influencer campaigns and performance marketing. The company has worked with major names in music and digital media, including Sony Music Entertainment and Amazon Prime Video, and uses analytics to track campaign impact across channels such as TikTok and Instagram.

What You Will Do

• Oversee creator portfolios and support talent in growing their audience while securing commercial partnerships.
• Identify, approach, and onboard new creators, including both emerging and established influencers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with brands and agencies to place top talent in campaigns.
• Work with internal teams to help define strategy and support the expansion of the talent roster.
• Operate independently in a fast-moving environment while managing your work remotely and on a flexible schedule.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong familiarity with major social platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• A driven, self-motivated approach and willingness to put in the effort needed to deliver results.
• Comfort working autonomously and taking ownership of your priorities.
• Experience in talent management, influencer marketing, sales, or marketing agencies is considered an advantage.
