Role Overview
The company is hiring an Influencer Strategist to own influencer and creator strategy across several client accounts. This position blends strategic thinking, cultural awareness, and hands-on execution. The selected candidate will design influencer programs that support brand goals, connect with target audiences, and produce measurable outcomes.
You will partner with Social Strategists, Account teams, Creative teams, and Production teams to turn influencer concepts into real campaigns, from the initial brief through post-campaign analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Create influencer plans that reinforce wider social and brand strategies.
- Research, assess, and suggest creators across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and newer platforms.
- Maintain influencer shortlists and oversee outreach, negotiations, contracts, and ongoing relationships.
- Drive campaign planning from early ideation through execution and final wrap reporting.
- Work with creative teams to shape concepts, briefs, and content guidance for creators.
- Handle timelines, deliverables, budgets, and approval workflows across multiple campaigns.
- Monitor results and prepare clear post-campaign reports with insights and recommendations.
- Keep up with creator trends, platform changes, and cultural moments that can influence strategy.
- Contribute influencer ideas, talent options, and strategic recommendations to new business pitches.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant has 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social strategy, or a similar role within an agency or brand. They should understand creator ecosystems, social platforms, and influencer culture well.
This role requires experience managing influencer campaigns end-to-end, including budgeting and contract handling, along with the ability to balance strategy with precise execution. Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills are important, as is a data-driven mindset that can translate metrics into actionable insights. A genuine interest in social media, internet culture, and emerging creators is also expected.
Bonus Experience
Additional value will be given to candidates who have worked on multi-market or global campaigns, used influencer management tools or platforms, or supported influencer-related work in new business pitches.
