Job description

About the brand

SWEATS is a premium essentials label focused on quality, simplicity, and community. The brand has expanded internationally across Australia, the UK, Europe, and the US without relying on trend-led marketing. Its growth has been driven by the strength of the product and the people who connect with it, including drops that regularly sell out and a community that actively engages with the brand. Influencer and partnerships work is a key next step in that story, and this position sits at the centre of it.

The opportunity

This is a newly created, dedicated role rather than an add-on to a social media position. You will be responsible for the full delivery of the influencer and partnerships program, including identifying and selecting talent, maintaining relationships, managing gifting and seeding, coordinating paid collaborations, and ensuring every partnership aligns with the brand’s direction.

You will collaborate closely with the leadership team on strategy and brand positioning, then take ownership of turning that strategy into action. The ideal person can step in and run the function from day one, while also being eager to learn the brand’s approach and grow with it.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a carefully chosen network of creators and partners across Australia, the UK, Europe, and the US.
  • Handle outreach, negotiations, partnership briefs, and day-to-day relationship management with creators and their representatives.
  • Lead the seeding and gifting process with strong attention to timing, product selection, and creator fit.
  • Coordinate influencer content so it aligns with the brand’s launch and publishing plan across social channels, Discord, and email.
  • Monitor campaign results and create reports that link influencer activity to brand growth and revenue impact.
  • Own the influencer CRM and keep the program structured, efficient, and scalable.
  • Continuously identify promising emerging creators before they become widely recognized.

About you

We are looking for someone with 2 to 5 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or partnerships, either on the brand side or agency side. You should be deeply familiar with creator culture, with a strong sense for who is growing, who is oversaturated, and which creators genuinely suit a brand like SWEATS.

Strong relationship-building ability is important, and you should be able to manage many active creator relationships while maintaining high standards. You will also need good judgment and taste, with an understanding that audience reach alone is not enough if the fit is wrong. This role suits someone who is comfortable working in a lean, fast-paced environment and who is ready to take meaningful ownership from the start.

What the role offers

  • The chance to shape a brand-new position during a period of strong business growth.
  • A highly collaborative working environment.
  • A clear progression path from execution-focused work into full ownership of casting and partnership strategy.
  • Access to product.
  • The opportunity to join a small, committed team building for the long term.
