Positioned at the crossroads of beauty, hydration, and culture, k2o prioritizes growth through creators, affiliates, and community engagement rather than traditional advertising.
Role Overview
We are seeking an Influencer & Partnerships Coordinator at an early career stage who is proficient with social media and the creator economy. This hands-on, entry-level position focuses on managing affiliate and influencer marketing efforts, supporting paid social campaigns, and collaborating closely with the Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily management of affiliate platforms including TikTok Shop, Discord, ShopMy, LTK, TryBe, and ambassador platforms, ensuring accurate product, pricing, and commission details.
- Recruit and onboard new affiliates by guiding them through sign-up processes, coordinating product delivery, and providing necessary posting resources.
- Monitor affiliate performance data like clicks and conversions to identify and emphasize high-performing partners.
- Coordinate product seeding and gifting by tracking inventory, managing shipments to creators, and maintaining detailed records.
- Maintain an organized repository of affiliate links and campaign assets for creators' ease of access.
- Manage the k2o creator community, onboarding newcomers, responding to queries, and fostering ambassador engagement through consistent outreach such as challenges, prompts, and acknowledgments.
- Serve as the approachable, brand-aligned contact point between ambassadors and k2o.
- Track and celebrate ambassador content and activities, highlighting standout creators for expanded partnerships and social media use.
Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in partnerships, influencer management, social media, brand marketing, or a related coordination-intensive role.
- Excellent organizational skills, proactively maintaining accurate records and identifying potential issues before they arise.
- Strong written communication ability with a personable tone for partner correspondence.
- Experience managing inbound queries, with sound judgment for triage and routing.
- Remote work capability.
- Preferred but not mandatory: hands-on familiarity with TikTok Shop, ShopMy, LTK, TryBe, Meta Ads, or affiliate/ambassador programs, plus an interest in beauty, beverage, or lifestyle sectors.

Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive wage of $30 per hour.
- Fully remote work flexibility.
- Paid Time Off policy starting with 3 days sick leave immediately, moving to an accrued combined PTO bank after 90 days, with accrual per pay period. PTO is not paid out at termination.
