About the role
Temu is hiring a driven and experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to support its expanding marketing efforts in the United Kingdom. This role is suited to someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, pays close attention to detail, and enjoys solving problems creatively while contributing to business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Source, approach, and bring onboard local influencers and agency partners, then lead discussions to build successful collaborations.
- Build and sustain strong working relationships with influencers, manage key creator connections, and make cooperation run smoothly.
- Create content plans and campaign ideas using performance data, social media insights, and market trends.
- Partner with the User Growth team to develop effective content and execution strategies, and coordinate with influencers to deliver campaigns across different project stages.
What we are looking for
- Candidates with relevant experience and access to an existing influencer network will be given strong preference.
- Genuine interest in international social platforms is important; previous collaboration with influencers is an added advantage.
- Fluency in both Chinese and English is required.
- Applicants with overseas study, work, or living experience, especially in multicultural settings, are preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree or above is required, ideally in journalism, media, or marketing.
- Strong communication and delivery skills, a proactive mindset, professionalism, and a results-focused approach are essential.
