We offer high-quality massage, assisted stretching, and facial treatments in stylish studios, helping thousands of individuals feel their best each month. Our growth trajectory includes the establishment of over 100 new locations throughout Europe in the coming years. Complementing our studio expansion, our e-commerce business, featuring proprietary self-care products, is also experiencing significant growth.

Your Role

As an Influencer / Brand Relations & Content Creator (m/f/d), you will be our local ambassador in Cologne/Düsseldorf. You will proactively build relationships with influencers and brands, produce on-site content, and enhance Soulhouse's visibility within the city.

Core Responsibilities

• Influencer Relations: Identify, engage, and manage local influencers and creators to foster strong, authentic partnerships.
• On-Site Content Creation: Produce engaging Reels, Stories, photos, and posts that capture the local vibe, in close collaboration with the Social Media Manager at HQ.
• Local Partnerships: Develop and maintain collaborations with hotels, gyms, concept stores, and wellness/lifestyle brands to boost brand presence.
• Events & Activations: Organize small-scale local events and coordinate studio visits and influencer appointments.
• Market Insight & Expansion: Leverage your understanding of consumer preferences in the Rhineland to provide valuable insights for our expansion in the region.
• Reporting & Coordination: Maintain regular communication with HQ regarding activities, reach, and learnings.

What You Bring

• Experience: Possess 1-2 years of experience in content creation, influencer relations, or partnership management.
• Network & Market Understanding: Reside in Cologne or Düsseldorf, be locally connected, and have a keen sense for the influencer and creator landscape.
• Content Skills: Demonstrate strong abilities in creating social media content with an eye for aesthetics, trends, and compelling storytelling.
• Work Ethic: Exhibit a hands-on, independent, and operationally strong approach to execution.
• Tools Proficiency: Be comfortable using tools such as Microsoft 365, Claude, Asana, and Modash.
• Languages: Fluency in both German and English is required.
