Avanti Fellows is looking for an Industry Relations Lead to help improve career outcomes for first-generation, low-income students studying in leading Indian colleges. The role focuses on building and managing partnerships with companies, startups, and donors so that students can access internships and full-time jobs.
Key responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with hiring teams to stay aligned with their recruitment needs.
- Review job descriptions and use that insight to support student preparation and eligibility planning.
- Oversee the complete placement workflow, including shortlisting candidates and ensuring smooth onboarding.
- Maintain candidate tracking systems, dashboards, and placement records.
- Reach out proactively to grow the network of partner organizations.
