- Keep emergency medical supplies and rescue response equipment stocked and ready.
Safety leadership
- Help build a strong safety culture and raise concerns when unsafe conditions are observed.
- Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, and incident reviews.
- Work in line with provincial occupational health and safety rules, confined space requirements, fall protection requirements, company procedures, client standards, and rescue best practices.
Qualifications
Applicants must hold confined space rescue technician certification, high-angle rope rescue technician certification, standard first aid and CPR, fall protection certification, and a valid driver’s licence. They must also be able to pass site-specific medical, drug, and alcohol testing.
