Role overview
As an Industrial Strategy Consultant, you will help international industrial businesses reshape their strategies and accelerate digital transformation. You will work with a motivated, dynamic team and see how new technologies and innovative approaches are changing industries and business models.
You will be part of the Industrial Strategy Team in Germany and contribute to a flexible working environment that allows you to choose ways of working that fit your needs.
What you will do
- Create strategies focused on digital transformation, data and AI, organizational change, and Industry X for major industrial clients such as machinery and plant manufacturers, household goods producers, and automotive suppliers.
- Work on complex engagements and help improve business processes by collaborating closely with client leadership and guiding initiatives from idea development through to execution.
- Use your expertise and fresh ideas to engage prospective clients and support winning new business.
What you need
- A completed master's degree from a university in business administration, engineering, natural sciences, or technology.
- Two to four years of experience in the industrial, manufacturing, or mechanical/plant engineering sector, or in management consulting.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, with a clear interest in solving difficult problems in new ways.
- Confident use of AI tools and the ability to apply them effectively to improve productivity.
- A communicative, open-minded personality with a creative and innovative mindset.
- Very good teamwork and communication skills in both German and English.
