What the role involves
This is a varied indirect tax position within a capable and supportive team. The job combines regular compliance work with exposure to wider global initiatives, offering a strong view of how indirect tax functions in a multinational setting.
Key responsibilities
- Help prepare and check indirect tax returns for several jurisdictions.
- Assist with VAT, GST and sales tax compliance, including related submissions.
- Coordinate with regional teams to make sure reporting is accurate and completed on time.
- Support replies to tax authority questions and provide help during audits when needed.
- Take part in process enhancement work and system-related improvements.
- Contribute to global indirect tax assignments and changes driven by new regulations.
- Draft supporting papers, analysis and updates for stakeholders.
Candidate profile
The ideal person will have 2 to 4 years of experience in indirect tax, finance, or accounting. A solid understanding of indirect tax compliance would be beneficial. You should be organised, self-driven, and able to manage several priorities at once. Good communication and a team-focused mindset are important, along with an interest in building experience across projects and systems.
