Role Overview

The Income Verifier role at EdenPark supports the review and validation of applicant income and employment details. The position reports to Diane El-Sanioura and is part of a growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Check and confirm applicant income and employment details.
  • Handle incoming income documents and any supporting trailing paperwork.
  • Keep a heavy workflow organized while maintaining strong accuracy and meeting service-level and turnaround expectations.
  • Reach out to dealerships to clear up missing or pending items by phone, fax and email.
  • Maintain customer interaction records, manage account updates and archive documents.
  • Scrutinize proof of income and employment materials to confirm they are authentic and correct.
  • Call employers to independently verify information in a professional way.
  • Deliver fast, clear and customer-focused support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Carry out additional tasks as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate has strong written and verbal communication abilities and is comfortable in a fast-moving environment where priorities change often. They should be highly detail-oriented, work well under pressure, and bring strong analytical and numerical reasoning. Good investigative ability, advanced web navigation, clear phone etiquette, active listening and the ability to juggle multiple tasks are important. Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook is also required. Prior exposure to lending, automotive, or financial services work is preferred, along with post-secondary education.

Working Hours

Availability needs to be flexible. The schedule runs from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday, with alternating Saturday shifts. Rotating schedules are prepared one month in advance.

Pay and Hiring Notes

The expected base pay range is $23.07 to $25.64 per hour. This role is for an existing opening. Artificial intelligence may be used during parts of the hiring process.
