The role centers on working with educators and school districts to improve teaching and learning outcomes through effective use of education technology. You will act as a dependable advisor who helps customers adopt the solution successfully and realize its full value.
This position blends instructional knowledge, customer partnership, professional learning, and strategic planning. You will collaborate with district leaders, review usage information, and turn insights into practical recommendations that support lasting success.

Key accountabilities
- Work with district leaders to design and carry out implementation plans that drive adoption and long-term engagement.
- Coordinate with school and district stakeholders to build professional development plans tied to educational goals and technology initiatives.
- Facilitate engaging live and virtual training for teachers, administrators, and other education teams to improve product understanding and usage.
- Travel within the region to assigned districts for in-person training sessions and routine customer visits.
- Review platform usage data and customer feedback to identify opportunities, suggest improvements, and support strategic decisions.
- Support districts through implementation milestones and help them progress from initial rollout to sustained, effective use.
- Partner with sales and other customer-facing teams to support relationships, pilots, and growth efforts.
- Maintain consistent communication with partners by providing expertise, resources, and ongoing support.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- At least 5 years of K-12 teaching experience; experience in instructional coaching, school leadership, or education technology professional development is strongly preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience delivering professional development or training programs.
- Prior experience supporting school- or district-level technology implementations is highly preferred.
- Strong presentation and facilitation abilities, with confidence speaking to teachers, administrators, and district leaders.
- Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities independently.
- Self-directed learner with a genuine interest in improving education through technology.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and strategic planning capability.
- Willingness to travel regularly and live within easy reach of a major airport.
