Role Overview
Are you passionate about connecting professionals, fostering cross-border collaboration, and making significant impacts within the financial services sector? We are seeking a diligent and well-organized Impact Officer (Community Manager) to bolster our international financial services team.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and oversee the Financial Services Target Operating Model (TOM) meetings, ensuring seamless cooperation and clear follow-up across various offices.
- Assist with international bid and proposal processes by linking teams and guaranteeing consistent quality.
- Track and analyze the Salesforce pipeline to spot critical opportunities and mobilize the financial services community to share expertise.
- Keep the team updated on industry trends and opportunities, converting these insights into actionable plans.
- Manage and synchronize the international events calendar, ensure visibility of pertinent events, and facilitate follow-ups to generate leads.
- Enhance and maintain the knowledge repository and reference-case library in partnership with project leaders and AI teams to promote best practice dissemination.
- Support proposal and client meetings to maximize efficiency, quality, and impact of deliverables.
- Contribute to strengthening partnerships and capability mapping across markets to stimulate new business growth.
- Collaborate with fellow impact officers to exchange best practices and continually refine work approaches.
Candidate Profile
- Possess relevant experience in financial services or related fields with a solid understanding of industry operations.
- Exhibit exceptional organizational skills and enjoy managing multifaceted initiatives.
- Fluent communication abilities in both English and German; proficiency in Danish is an additional advantage.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and a keen interest in leveraging AI tools to enhance workflows.
- Innate ability to connect people, ideas, and opportunities effectively.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced international environment with multiple moving parts.
