Human Resources Specialist - PowerPoint Focus | Remote Contract ($60/hr)

Role Overview

This contract-based position seeks a skilled PowerPoint Specialist to remotely deliver complex business presentations, reports, and office documents supporting AI training initiatives. The role includes designing realistic business scenarios using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, collaborating with AI systems to manage and refine PowerPoint files, and providing detailed feedback to enhance AI generated content.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce sophisticated business presentations, reports, and documents tailored for AI training purposes.
• Create plausible business use case scenarios utilizing PowerPoint, Excel, and Word applications.
• Work jointly with AI models to review, edit, and generate Office Open XML (.pptx) files effectively.
• Assess AI outputs critically and offer structured feedback to improve results.
• Develop and refine prompts and workflows that mirror real-world Fortune 500 business situations.
• Record insights and observations to aid in advancing AI's business document creation capabilities.
• Engage with cross-disciplinary teams to support reporting, analysis, and executive-level presentation projects.

Required Qualifications

• Extensive proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Demonstrated expertise in crafting business documents and executive presentations.
• Deep understanding of Office Open XML structure and PowerPoint workflows.
• Proven experience in developing business scenarios, detailed reports, and professional presentations.
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools or large language models (LLMs).
• Strong command of both written and verbal communication.
