Role overview

SWIFT HIRE LLC is looking for an on-site HR Recruiter in Bhopal to support its US IT staffing business. This full-time position runs on a night shift and focuses on bringing in talent for internal teams such as recruiters, business development staff, and other support roles.

Key responsibilities

• Handle the full recruitment cycle for internal domestic hiring, including recruiter, BDE, and support positions.
• Find suitable candidates through job portals, social networks, and employee referrals.
• Review applications, carry out first-round interviews, and stay in touch with hiring managers.
• Take care of offer discussions, paperwork, background checks, and joining formalities.
• Assist with induction, employee engagement activities, and maintenance of HR records.
• Work with admin and finance teams on attendance tracking and payroll-related inputs.

Candidate profile

• Experience of 2 to 3 years in HR recruitment, preferably in staffing or a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Familiarity with recruitment software, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
• Good communication, relationship-building, organization, and time-management abilities.
• Comfortable managing several open positions and coordinating with multiple hiring managers at once.
