Job Scope
This role involves supporting and managing daily HR operations and employee relations within a structured, compliance-focused setting in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. A deep understanding of Saudi Arabian Labour Law is crucial, alongside experience in managing employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and terminations. The position also requires familiarity with government relations (PRO activities), including visa processing and utilizing platforms like Qiwa, GOSI, and Muqeem. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of ensuring HR compliance while meeting operational demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for employee relations issues, ensuring prompt and equitable resolutions.
- Provide support in managing grievances, disciplinary actions, and internal investigations according to KSA Labour Law.
- Facilitate the termination process, including resignations and end-of-service settlements, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Maintain and update all employee records, employment contracts, and other essential HR documentation.
- Guarantee adherence to KSA Labour Law, company policies, and internal operational procedures.
- Keep HR systems, including Qiwa, GOSI, and HRMS, updated with accurate employee data.
- Support internal and external audit processes as needed.
- Oversee and process employee visas, Iqama issuance and renewals, transfers, and cancellations.
- Manage transactions through government portals such as Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher, and GOSI.
- Ensure all government-related documentation and approvals are finalized within required timelines.
- Monitor the expiration of Iqamas, licenses, and official documents, ensuring timely renewals.
- Assist with recruitment coordination and the onboarding of new employees.
Qualifications & Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field is required.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant HR experience within Saudi Arabia is necessary.
- Possess a strong command of KSA Labour Law and proficiency with government platforms like Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, and Absher.
- Demonstrated experience in PRO or government relations functions is essential for this role.
- Previous experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector is considered an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities are expected.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
